Bronze National Navigation Award
The Bronze Level Award provides an introduction to navigation skills with the aim being able to plan and follow routes in the countryside using paths and tracks The course is aimed at beginners who wish to learn essential map reading skills and the basics of how to use a compass. The course is aimed at all ages.
This is a fourteen-hour course held over two consecutive seven-hour days which includes the assessment in the second part of day two. NNAS Bronze award is accredited by the Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework (SCQF) at Level 4 Upon successful completion you will be presented with a certificate The course is run with a maximum number of 8 participants per 1 instructor.
